If you read news few months ago, you should have read about the white van tragedy. The white van had killed a man and the driver fled. The victim, Dale McNamee, 36 years old was hit by the white van on the A458 on 26 November 2011. Dale McNamee is from Harmer Hill and he has three children. He was found by someone with serious head injuries and pronounced dead at the location of the accident. The people around the scene mention that a van was seen on the scene and hit Dale McNamee. Many people shocked because they couldn’t find the driver or anyone else inside the van.

The father of the victim, the father of Dale McNamee appeals for the driver of the white van or people that know exactly about the accident. The BBC white van driver was nowhere to find. The police and the emergency rushed to the scene of the accident and see the white van had been dipped into the sea. The victim was wearing dark clothing and it made him unable to see in the dark. The White Van Man overboard was very fast and the driver couldn’t avoid McNamee. The police and the family are still looking for the driver to get punished for what he had done.
